When the water is frozen, add a tiny mint leaf, a blueberry, a wild strawberry, a raspberry, or a rose or violet bud (dried buds, the ones used to make herbal teas)
Then, add more water in the tray, this time up to the edge: in this way, you will avoid that the fruit and flowers go down on the bottom of the ice-cubes!
Now put the tray back into the freezer and wait for the water to be completely frozen!
